All images on any CD-ROM are copyright protected and credit must be given to the photographer and company.

The purchase of any of the CD-ROMs includes a permission for a reproduction in one print publication or presentation , which has to be disclosed to us upon purchase (brochures, magazines, books, posters, advertisements, seminars and other presentations). If the pictures are used for online purposes special permission has to be obtained. 

The images  cannot be used for any negative publicity purpose. We have the right to object to treatment of any of our photographs which distorts, mutilates or is otherwise damaging to our or the photographers reputation 


We also welcome enquiries from Tourism, Investment and other government agencies who would like to cooperate with us and use our images for their brochures, websites as well as on their marketing CD-ROMs.
